1. Assumption of Risk
The Releasor understands and acknowledges that the Activity involves inherent risks, including: falls from height; equipment failure; collisions with other participants; overexertion and muscle injury. The Releasor voluntarily assumes all such risks, known and unknown.
2. Release and Waiver
The Releasor releases and forever discharges the Releasee, its officers, employees and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages and causes of action arising out of or relating to the Activity, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This release does not apply to gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
3. Governing Law
This Release is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
